MANAGING DIRECTOR Paul Licursi As Chief Operating Officer of TH Lee Putnam Ventures, Paul is responsible for the operations of the firm, including investor relations, legal, finance, information technology, human resources and facilities. Before joining TH Lee Putnam, Paul was Chief Financial Officer of GE Equity. He also held various positions at GE Capital, including working in a technical advisory role in the Comptroller’s Office and as a valuations specialist at GE Equity. Prior to that, Paul supervised various audit engagements at KPMG. Paul is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and a B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Iona College.
