PROFESSIONAL TEAM P.J. Rossi, Business Operations Manager P.J. helps manage the day-to-day financial operations for the fund and assists with investor relations. Before joining TH Lee Putnam Ventures, P.J. was the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Equity. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Corporate and Institutional Clients Group, holding various positions on both the debt and equity sides of the business. P.J. holds an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in Finance from Iona College.
